Shipping Policy
Genuine Auto Solutions will remain the your delivery body for your products. Some verified and trusted vendors will also be permitted to do direct delivery to you.
You are advice to check your order to ensure it is the exact order you made and also fits the description by the store. Look out for damages and ensure you report any problem you encounter with us as soon as possible. You will forfeit all valid protection policies if you fail to do so. Check the label to confirm your order number and name
Refund Policy
Our customer protection policy allows refund of all returned products which has passed our return certification test. Wrong orders will attract a restocking fee of 10% of the product cost. No refund allowed for electrical or damaged parts. Refund will be available within 5 working days.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
You can cancel an order within 15 minutes after placing the order. Frequently cancelling of orders will have your account blocked and blacklisted.
Return and exchange not accepted except for electrical and damaged products. Note that all accepted products will be subjected to examination upon return. of the product does not pass the examination, it wont be accepted as return. All accepted products have a minimum of 14 days and a maximum of 360 days for return and exchange. The duration is influenced by the vendor. GAS ensures the minimum is ensured
